REDFISH LAKE, Wash.
— Redfish Lake has a new lodge, a fish farm, a live theater, a dog park, and even a rock garden.
The new lodge features an indoor fishing pond, live fish market and live music on weekends.
It’s also a pet store and a restaurant.
The lodge opened its doors on Thursday and will be open for business through the summer.
The lodge was designed by artist and designer Steve Biel, who has been in the industry for decades.
He also designed the Redfish River Lodge in Lakeland, Florida, which opened in 2010.
“It’s a wonderful addition to the Red Fish Lake area,” said Redfish County District 5 Commissioner Greg O’Malley.
The village of Redfish has had a fish park for more than 30 years.
It closed in 2009.
