We’ve all heard the story of the chef who makes his own spearfish steak, but do you really know how to make one?

It’s a very challenging job, but the best way to make it is with a very sharp knife and a few ingredients you can get for less than a dollar.

We’ll show you how to do it and then let you make your own spearfishes on your own time.

What you need to know: 1.

How to cut a steak.


How long you want to cut your steak.


How big you want it. 4.

How you’ll cook the steak.


How much you need for your steak: 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, a couple of dashes of pepper and a couple more dashes olive oil.


How many pieces you want for your steaks: 3, 6 or 10.


How often you want the steak: once a week.


How large your steak will be: 3-4 inches.


What type of steak you’re making: steak, flank steak, cut steaks, tenderloin steak, ribeye steak, tender rib, or other meat.


How expensive you want your steak to be: $1,000 to $1.5 million.

This is one of our favorite recipes for making steak.

Here are the tips we used to get this steak right: 1.)

Cook your steak slowly, in a hot oven for two hours.


Put the steak on a cutting board, then cut it in half and then in half again.


Add your herbs, onion, garlic, tomatoes, salt and freshly ground pepper to the meat.


Put your steak on the chopping board and let it cook for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes, add your steak and let the steak cook for another 10 minutes or so. 6.)

Now add the flour, garlic and tomato paste.


Stir the flour mixture and tomato mixture and let them cook for a minute or so, stirring often.


Now stir in the salt, pepper and olive oil and let this mix mix mix for a couple minutes.


Then add your herbs and onions and let cook for 30 seconds.


Add some butter and cook it for another minute or two.


Add your steak into the pan, then add the sliced vegetables.


Add the bay leaf and a pinch of pepper, then stir it into the steak until the vegetables are mixed together.


Serve it up with your choice of toppings.
