Surf lodge in Mollin, New South Wales, Australia says it is not for sale

Surf lodge owner Mike Tulloch says he has no intention of selling his former business, the Mollina Lodge, after a local businessman told him he was selling the property.

Mr Tullos has been the proprietor of the Momma Lodge since it opened in 2000 and has been open to the public since 2007.

“I just don’t have the time to sell it,” Mr Tullo told news.com.au.

The former Mollini’s former owner, Joe Pemberton, has told the ABC he has been selling the lodge for years.

He said he sold it because he wanted to move to another place and had to find work.

His brother and partner have both moved out, and Mr Pemberts is moving back to his old home in Maroubra.

“He said I’m selling the Molla Lodge for about $2,000,000,” Mr Pamberton said.

“And that’s pretty much it.

I’m not in it for the money.”

Mr Tullahos said the business has been around for 50 years.

He said while he has not had any interest in buying the Molls, he would like to continue to operate the lodge.

“I don’t want to get rid of it.

I don’t know what’s going to happen,” he said.

After Mr Tullaho sold the business in 2007, Mr Pembroke bought the building from Mr Tulo for $1.9 million.

Mr Pembrokes brother, John Pemberles, also owns the building and owns an adjacent property in the same suburb.

Mr Tulo said he was not looking for any buyers.

“We’ve got a few properties here, and I’ve got some people who want to buy,” he told news,com.ai.

“But I’m not looking to sell.

It’s my last lodge.”
